Owen and Co oversaw the extension and remodelling of this former dwelling set in a spectacular location over looking St Mawes. We provided full scope of services from initial sketch designs through to contract administration. Careful attention was given to ensure its energy efficiency including the application of External Wall Insulation in conjunction with Retrofit Underflooring and an Air Source Heat Pump.
