Full building survey on the country’s sole surviving semi-circular roundhouses. Today used as workshops for small businesses. To complete the survey we commissioned drone survey and CCTV inspection of the drainage.

Owen & Co conducted a comprehensive building survey of the country’s sole surviving semi-circular roundhouses, a site of significant historical and architectural interest. Now repurposed as workshops for small businesses, the structures required a detailed assessment to ensure their ongoing functionality and preservation. To provide a thorough evaluation, we commissioned a specialist drone survey for aerial inspections and a CCTV drainage survey to assess underground infrastructure. Our findings contributed to a clearer understanding of the buildings’ condition, supporting their continued use and maintenance.
